prezentacija_rezultata_projekta.jpgThe final workshop for CB pilot-project on Integrated Pollution Prevention Control (IPPC) permitting process – Results of the project and simulation of permits was held on 24 November 2009 in Belgrade. The project involved the preparation of two IPPC permits in a process that simulates as far as practicable that required under the Law on IPPC (OG RS, No. 135/04).

The CB pilot project included working with the permit applicants, one regional landfill and one pesticide manufacturer, to explain the process and clarify the requirements of the application process for an IPPC permit.  It also involved the provision of guidance and support to the IPPC department within the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and the IPPC Department within the Region of Vojvodina at all stages of the process.
