Guidelines on the Environmental Impact Assessment for Wind Farms PDF
Within the capacity building component of the project, UNDP Serbia team together with focal points from the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning - developed the “Guidelines on the Environmental Impact Assessment for Wind Farms“ (hereafter the Guide). The Guide is primarily intended to be used as a tool for employees of institutions tasked with carrying out EIA procedure, as well as for other interested parties. The Guide shows the legislative framework, basic information relating to the planning process and detailed information and guidelines on the EIA, identifying the possible environmental effects of the wind farms. The Guide is based on recommendations and examples from existing European practice,  while the whole process is structured and shown in the context of Serbian law.
